چکیده
Trichoderma spp. are fungus considered one of the most attractive for biological control due to its different mechanisms action against plant pathogens and promote growth productivity. The molecular characterization this group antagonists is great importance conducting studies in area biodiversity identifying selecting possibility their use control. Objective work was identify 29 isolates based on profiles phylogenetic analysis sequence rRNA gene ITS1-5-8S-ITS2, as well select that presented highest levels antagonism S. sclerotiorum promoted common bean using experiments vitro a greenhouse. Among sequences obtained, total five species were identified: T. asperellum, harzianum, koningiopsis, brevicompactum tomentosum. used showed variation mycelial inhibition pathogen by non-volatile metabolites between 84.11% 100%. Regarding dry weight plants treated with pathogen, it observed ten relation 2.6% 34%. asperellum CEN201 proved be best candidate participate broader selection would include field tests promotion bean, laboratory at home vegetation success inhibiting promoting growth.

Characterization of Novel Trichoderma asperellum Isolates to Select Effective Biocontrol Agents Against Tomato Fusarium Wilt
The use of novel isolates of Trichoderma with efficient antagonistic capacity against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici (FOL) is a promising alternative strategy to pesticides for tomato wilt management. We evaluated the antagonistic activity of 30 isolates of T. asperellum against 4 different isolates of FOL. The production of extracellular cell wall degrading enzymes of the antagonistic i...

متن کاملMolecular characterization and identification of biocontrol isolates of Trichoderma spp.
The most common biological control agents (BCAs) of the genus Trichoderma have been reported to be strains of Trichoderma virens, T. harzianum, and T. viride. Since Trichoderma BCAs use different mechanisms of biocontrol, it is very important to explore the synergistic effects expressed by different genotypes for their practical use in agriculture. Characterization of 16 biocontrol strains, pre...

Backgoround: Plant diseases, caused by a wide range of phytopathogenic fungi, could be managed using of Trichoderma sp, as a biocontrol agent. Cell wall degrading enzymes like chitinase from T. harzianum are important means for fungal pathogen inhibition. Overexpression of these chitinase enzymes can i...

A fungal isolate collected from infected paprika (Capsicum annuum var. grossum) was characterized as Sclerotinia sclerotiorum based on its ability of sclerotium formation, physiological and molecular properties. When the isolate was grown on potato dextrose agar, oatmeal agar, and malt extract agar, it grew most well on PDA. Optimal temperature and pH for its growth were 25℃ and pH 7, respectiv...
